75-Minute Vinyasa Yoga Class
Join certified yoga instructor Christine Childress for a fluid, dynamic, and gently heated Vinyasa practice designed for all levels. This 75-minute class offers an invigorating flow that encourages strength, breath awareness, and mindful movement.
Sequencing is inspired by Sun Salutations, with postures linked together seamlessly to create a creative, playful, and energizing flow. Whether you're newer to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class provides options to support your body, your breath, and your unique expression.
Class will end with restorative slow movements and relaxing and grounding Savasana.
Come prepared to move, breathe, and leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and renewed.
Mats and props are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Please arrive hydrated and bring a water bottle and towel.
